🎨 As a creative, I once chased perfection. Now I chase purpose—and the difference is everything. 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐅𝐔𝐋 A few years ago, I thought success meant being invincible. I wanted to be seen as the one who always had it together—confident, capable, and unshaken. I poured my energy into building that image. I worked harder, smiled wider, and pushed through every challenge just to prove I could handle it all. But over time, I realized something was missing. The recognition felt good—but it didn’t last. I was achieving, yet I wasn’t connecting. People admired my results, but not many could relate to my journey. That’s when it hit me: being invincible might make you respected, but being impactful makes you remembered. When you shift from proving yourself to serving others, everything changes. You start to listen more. You begin to see that leadership isn’t about standing above—it’s about standing with. You stop chasing perfection and star...

IMPART AND INFLUENCE

Live your life with purpose, making every moment count. Be intentional with your actions, and live a life you truly would be proud of. Be intentional about your choices. Be decisive about what is important to you. Discount the things that will not add to what your end goal is. Decide how you want to finish. Do a gaps analysis between where you are and how to get to where you want to get to. And it doesn't matter what you've done before. Start rebuilding the story of your life. Any help you can offer that will change a life, do it. Any value you can create that will help nurture others in the right direction, invest in it, starting from our homes, because what's the value of a prophet who saves others outside but leaves a home destroyed? So we all have to look ourselves in the mirror and see where the gaps are and invest in building. Not at all cost, but building at a cost that takes us towards the goal that we've set for ourselves. Indeed, we can finish with a life of s...

SELF MOTIVATION

Image
Every one needs to have this thing called SELF-MOTIVATION. It is one of life's toolkit and a great driving force you need for your journey.  If there's no one motivating you, please motivate yourself.  I grew up as a young champ with few friends. Of course, I was very selective of the people I mingle with and choose to call friends. I don't force anyone to be my friend but I am always attracted to value oriented and self-driven people.  When you have self-driven people around you, it pushes you to be more. There's a place of having friends that encourages you and supports you to be more than you are right now but there will be days you also need to be the one to propel yourself forward. Your life is your responsibility and waiting to receive some external push before getting things done will do you more harm than good. Nurture that internal drive to achieve, produce, develop, and keep moving forward.  Don't wait for anyone to validate what you do before you take the...
