The first step to getting what you want is having the courage to get rid of what you don't! Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
Change your strategy! Your personal values would have to change; there are friends you have to let go for you to make impact.
The moment you give yourself a reason in your head why people or someone should let you down; that very moment, you lost yourself completely. You loose your personality and whatever you represent.
People will let you down, talk you down, disrespect you, tell you what they think you are worth and that will be so humiliating, but the moment you give consideration to those reasons they give, you are simply applauding those people and loosing yourself even more.
Do something for yourself. Believe in your worth. Many of us don't know our worth. Think about yourself and decide your worth by yourself. Believe in that worth and behave like that worth. This way, nobody will be able to pull you down with anything whatsoever.
You need to sit down and begin to realize that your life must be better.
This doesn't come by praying and fasting alone! Start re-positioning and aligning yourself! Again I say, there are friends/companions you may have to let go for you to move forward; Stop roaming around! Sit down and plan your life...! Stop wasting your life! You have celebrated, good; now is the season of realigning and re-positioning for maximum impact!
Lack of direction, not lack of time will be your problem; you need a road map; Start setting your goals, reviewing your mistakes, understanding the obstacles, create a positive mental picture, clear your mind of self-doubt! You can do this! But it will take self-discipline and laser-beam commitment to move forward. It's going be harsh out there, start building yourself! The only way to protect yourself is to prepare yourself!
Listen, small daily improvements are the keys to staggering long term result! The secret of your success is in your daily routine!
